MNM Hospitality Solutions was born in Dubai, out of our founders’ love and deep-rooted passion for hospitality. Our entrepreneurial spirit encourages us to push boundaries of creativity and drive innovation; while our hospitality roots urge us to be customer-centric, promote diversity and exceed expectations. Together, we believe that we can help our clients elevate their standards and create truly memorable experiences for their guests while contributing to our society and creating sustainable value for our stakeholders.
Founder
Michelin Star Chef
An Iranian chef with German roots and 25 years of experience, Mansour has worked in top restaurants and held executive roles in luxury brands. He earned his first Michelin star in 2006 at Germany's Jagdhof GlashĂĽtte and went on to win a second star at Der Pavillon in Austria. Known as Austria's "Best International Chef" and author of the acclaimed cookbook "Gourmet-Raffinessen," he then led Al Mahara at Burj Al Arab and Shangri-La Hotel in Abu Dhabi. He played a key role in the pre-opening of The Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland and now oversees operations at Palazzo Versace Dubai as Hotel Manager.

Founder
NEZHA AANOU
Nezha studied 2 years French law, then switched her career choice and enrolled in Hospitality School in the third year of her
graduation programme. She started her career in Morocco with a
5-star property of Salam Hotels on 2002 as Rooms Manager &
Quality Reviewer for 3 years. Nezha then moved to Dubai and
worked with the iconic and the most luxurious 7-star hotel, Burj Al
Arab Jumeirah on 2005 as In-Charge of Rooms for 9 years.
In 2014, she began her journey as Hospitality Consultant with The
Chedi Andermatt, Switzerland, and managed the family owned
restaurant in Austria until 2017. In the meanwhile, she took a
course in Interior Designing in Switzerland prior to the opening of
The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah, the first luxury heritage boutique
resort in Sharjah, which she later joined for its pre-opening on
2017 to 2021 as Hotel Manager
