Founding Member Terms and Conditions

First of all: thank you. You are here because we chose you. We built this platform, but you — this community — will shape its future. Kattegat is fair for everybody, and it will succeed the way the best things in this market always succeed: pushed by the people, by word of mouth, and by the community.

This is your platform too. Treat it like yours. Use it, test it, and push it forward. In return, we will treat you the way founding members deserve to be treated.

We will unlock new ways for you to earn and promote you at suitable opportunities, including paid promotions, partnerships, collaborations, referral competitions, and business opportunities as the community grows. The specific terms below govern those commitments.

A Founding Member is an early supporter of the Kattegat platform, selected by invitation. Founding Members form one single community, made up of both clients and artists or service providers, whose role is to help shape and improve the platform through feedback, market insight, and active participation.

As a Founding Member, you agree to give honest feedback on the app and its features, share what you see and hear in the market, attend community meetups when reasonably possible, refer new users, and support and promote the platform in good faith. Your opinion is valued and welcome at any time. All feedback is advisory — Kattegat decides what is built and when.

For as long as you remain a Founding Member in good standing, you receive: no subscription fee for your first year on the platform (this waiver applies to the first year only and is not permanent); up to three (3) active listings; active promotion of you and your services by Kattegat across the ecosystem at every suitable opportunity; priority consideration for paid promotions, paid partnerships, and paid collaborations arranged through the platform; introductions and business opportunities beyond your daily work; access to monthly community meetups; an extended referral earning period beyond the standard program; eligibility for community awards and competitions, including the referral competition with AED 30,000 in total prizes; and early access to selected new features. Kattegat may add further perks at its discretion.

Paid promotions, partnerships, and collaborations are real opportunities we actively create, but each one depends on market demand, brand requirements, and fit. Founding Membership guarantees you priority access and consideration; specific paid opportunities are confirmed individually, in writing, case by case.

Your benefits are conditional on active participation as described in Section 2. If you are inactive or do not meet the participation requirements over a sustained period, Kattegat may, after notice, reduce or withdraw benefits or end your Founding Member status. Benefits are personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.

Referral earnings, rates, periods, and competition rules are governed by the platform's referral program terms as published in the app, which may be updated from time to time. Your extended referral period as a Founding Member will be confirmed in writing at onboarding.

Founding Membership requires an application, identity verification, and acceptance by Kattegat. Kattegat may decline any application at its sole discretion.

Founding Membership does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Kattegat. You are not authorized to make commitments on Kattegat's behalf.

You may receive early access to unreleased features, plans, or business information. You agree to keep this confidential until Kattegat makes it public.

You agree to act respectfully within the community and not to damage the reputation of Kattegat, its team, or other members. Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from the program.

Kattegat may update these terms with reasonable notice. Either side may end the membership at any time; ending the membership ends the benefits but does not affect bookings or contracts already in progress. Sections 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

Founding Membership is an honorary community status. It does not make you an owner of Kattegat. It grants no equity, no shares, no profit share, no voting rights, and no role in the management or decisions of the company. All decisions about the platform remain solely with Kattegat and its operating company, Hidden Diversions Recreational Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
