Boudi

Boudi is a Dubai percussionist whose range of instruments sets the act apart: bongos, darbuka, tabla, timbales, LED drums, and water drums. That means a booking can be shaped to the room — traditional darbuka and tabla for an Arabic-themed event, Latin timbales and bongos over a DJ set, or the LED and water drums as a full visual show for a stage moment. Gulf News called him Dubai's percussion maestro, covering his opening performance at the Al Haramain Perfumes Sheikh Series launch — a headline event that also featured Jason Derulo — where his drumming built the room before the main entrance. That's the register he works in: percussion as a show moment, not background rhythm.
