Trader Vic's Palm Jumeirah and Barfly by Buddha-Bar are open again at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. Hotel & Catering reported the return on 8 September. Barfly's rooftop on Level 13 came back from 10 September, with views over Palm West Beach, Dubai Marina and Bluewaters.

This is not a soft tease. The Palm has two rooms people already know how to book, and the calendar is filling with brunch, live music and late nights.

Negroni Week runs 23 to 26 September with Campari. Four experiences in the Negroni Lounge, from a masterclass and a flight to Via Milano aperitivo and an Italo Disco night.
