Trader Vic's Palm Jumeirah and Barfly by Buddha-Bar are open again at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. Hotel & Catering reported the return on 8 September. Barfly's rooftop on Level 13 came back from 10 September, with views over Palm West Beach, Dubai Marina and Bluewaters.

This is not a soft tease. The Palm has two rooms people already know how to book, and the calendar is filling with brunch, live music and late nights.

The island spirit at Trader Vic's

Trader Vic's is back with tropical cocktails, the Chinese wood-fired oven, and meats and seafood that built its name. Hotel & Catering says an all-new entertainment line-up sits at the centre of the comeback. A five-piece live band. Samba dancers. Rhythm on the floor, not just on a speaker playlist.

The Puka Puka Brunch returns on Saturday 26 September. Every Saturday from 1pm to 5pm. Four hours. Dining, free-flow drinks, live entertainment. Packages start from AED 349, per Hotel & Catering.
